Zucchini Flowers Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions

  1. wash zucchini flowers and take off stem, sprinkle salt on flowers
  2. beat eggs, milk, salt in a bowl
  3. in a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder
  4. combine wet and dry ingredients batter the flowers and fry

OPTIONAL – after washing flowers, stuff with mozzarella cheese, then dip in batter and fry
