Prosciutto Wrapped Peaches with Burrata Ingredients

2 ripe peaches ( baby gold are preferred)
8 thin slices prosciutto
bamboo skewers
burrata cheese , 1 ball
1 tbsp olive oil
coarse sea salt


  1. cut peaches into 4 and wrap with prosciutto and secure with skewers
  2. grill peaches on the bbq, turning often until prosciutto is crisp and peaches begin to caramelize
  3. place burrate in centre of a plate with peaches around
  4. drizzle olive oil over top and sprinkle with coarse sea salt
