Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
2 pounds of beef cubes
2-3 zucchinis cut into chunks
2-3 potatoes cut into chunks
4-5 carrots cut into chunks
1-2 litres of tomatoe sauce (homemade with Sandy’s Farm tomatoes)
1 onion chopped
3 gloves of garlic minced
Basil, rosemary, parsley & oregano
Directions:
- Add oil to pot on medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrent
- Add beef & onion – brown meat
- Add tomatoe sauce, potatoes, carrots, xucchini and herbs
- Cook over simmering heat for 2 hours
