Ingredients

2 cloves garlic

6 sage leaves

1 pinch sea salt

1 pinch black pepper

4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

28 oz of San Marzano tomatoes – diced with juice

1 1/2 cups cooked cannellini beans

Directions:

  1. Warm crushed garlic & sage in oil 2-3 min
  2. Add tomatoes & cooked beans
  3. Add salt & pepper to taste
  4. Let simmer 15-20 min
