Ingredients

6 potatoes

2 eggs

6 cups of water

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes and boil them
  2. Mash potatoes and add eggs & flour
  3. Separate dough into 5 balls
  4. Cut dough up into squares and boil for 15 minutes on med/high
  5. Drain water and service with tomato sauce (see receipe)

Option: Can use butternut squash instead of potatoes
