Ingredients
6 potatoes
2 eggs
6 cups of water
Directions:
- Cut potatoes and boil them
- Mash potatoes and add eggs & flour
- Separate dough into 5 balls
- Cut dough up into squares and boil for 15 minutes on med/high
- Drain water and service with tomato sauce (see receipe)
Option: Can use butternut squash instead of potatoes
