Ingredients

1/4 bushel of jalapenos

6 carrots

6 small white onions

2 gloves garlic/jar

1 bay leaf/jar

For Brine:

6 cups vinegar

4 cups water

4 tbsp kosher salt

1 tbsp Meican oregano

1 tbsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp black peppercorns

Directions for 1/2 quart jar:

  1. Add 5-6 jalapenos, 1/2 carrot, 1/2 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 1 ay leaf, 1/4 tsp oregano & cumin & 5 peppercorns
