Ingredients

4 cups apples (about 10) chopped

11/2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp water

1 cup Quaker Oats

1/3 cup flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup butter melted

Directions:

  1. Place apples in buttered 9 inch baking dish and sprinkle on lemon juice, brown sugar and water
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl then stir in the butter until crumbly. Then place on apples
  3. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes
