Ingredients
2 cloves garlic
6 sage leaves
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
28 oz of San Marzano tomatoes – diced with juice
1 1/2 cups cooked cannellini beans
Directions:
- Warm crushed garlic & sage in oil 2-3 min
- Add tomatoes & cooked beans
- Add salt & pepper to taste
- Let simmer 15-20 min
