Ingredients
12 ounces of cream cheese
8 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp (4 strips) bacon bits
12 jalapenos seeded and halved
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese, cheese & bacon bits and fill jalapeno peppers
- Dip peppers in milk then flour, back into milk and then bread crumbs. Repeat milk and bread crumbs again
- Fry and serve
