Ingredients
1 glove crushed garlic
6 sage leaves
1 tbsp water
1 cup white Romano beans
4 slices toasted bread
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch seat salt
1pinch black pepper
Directions:
- Saute’ garlic & sage in oil & water 2-3 min
- Rinse and drain beans and add to pot
- Heat through on med/low 3-4 min
- Toast bread and drizzle with olive oil
- Add beans & sage garnish to each crostini
- Sprinkle with salt & pepper & serve
