Ingredients

1 glove crushed garlic

6 sage leaves

1 tbsp water

1 cup white Romano beans

4 slices toasted bread

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 pinch seat salt

1pinch black pepper

Directions:

  1. Saute’ garlic & sage in oil & water 2-3 min
  2. Rinse and drain beans and add to pot
  3. Heat through on med/low 3-4 min
  4. Toast bread and drizzle with olive oil
  5. Add beans & sage garnish to each crostini
  6. Sprinkle with salt & pepper & serve
