Ingredients

2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes – cut into shape of fries

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 tsp paprika

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup fresh parsley

Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until tender – 6 minutes
  2. Heat butter & oil in a large pan, add potatoes and spread into a single layer, cook undisturbed until they start browning – 5 minutes
  3. Add inions & sprinkle paprika, flip potatoes & cook 5 more minutes
  4. Roughly chop parsley & garlic together, mash together until finely minced and add to potatoes – cook 2 more minutes
  5. Season with salt & pepper
